Service Type

Service Type is a new survey question this year as well for TUDLA. In-House is number with 55% of the mentions followed by Outsourcing? It seems that the end-users are on one side of the equation or the other with a small number in the middle. This may have to do with the way that TUDLA is asking the question and registering the results, more work in this area needs to be done. Most believe that the majority of customers are using a mix of subscribed to services and self-maintenance. Further complicating this analysis is the fact that Outsourcing seems to be much more prevalent in the small/medium accounts vs. large accounts where a larger proportion of the Service Level agreement appear.
