System Management

This is another new question added by TUDLA this year, and it is telling a very interesting story. In combination with overall services industry that is becoming a bigger factor in the region is the movement to more sophisticate means of better managing the IT infrastructure in this market. HP OpenView is not on the top of the list, but second to some sort of Microsoft solution and gaining ground and mindshare. IBM has a similar play with 6% of the mentions and both are growing as this area becomes more and more important to the IT Decision-Makers that are on the TUDLA panel. However there is a major distinction between HP and IBM and that is the significant share difference in the larger accounts that HP has double IBM at 12%.
